Frensham Race Courses

Racing at Frensham takes place on standard courses set around the nine bouys anchored around the pond. There are three start lines (red, green and blue) which radiate out from the race box on the shore. Each line is identified by drawing a line out into the lake from the mast on the race hut passing through the relevant coloured post in front of the race hut. The end of the line is marked by a coloured bouy (red, green or blue depending on the line). The red and green lines each have two possible starts, north or south, with the south line being between the start hut and the bouy and the north line being between the bouy and the far (north) shore.

An Excel file listing all courses can be downloaded from here which can be printed out and stuck into your boat. There are two sizes of sheet available in the file.
