Welcome to Frensham Pond Sailing Club. Based on a beautiful lake in South West Surrey, the club welcomes new members, both experienced sailors and those wishing to learn. Friday Evening Sailing 2019
Summer Friday Night Social Sailing and Race Development
This Friday we start Friday night social sailing which will take place through July and August. The Club will be open from 6.00pm with a rescue boat manned and on the pond from 7.00 to facilitate newer sailors to come down and sail with others - either pottering around or if you wish we will arrange some impromptu racing, informal coaching or assistance with rigging - really whatever people want to do. Just let us know and we will try to assist you in getting on the water and building up your confidence.
Andy Bradford, Jon Denyer and others will be around to assist this Friday, so hopefully we will see you there.
No need to book - just turn up ready to sail and we will see what we can do to get you on the water and have a drink or two in the bar afterwards.
